To satisfy power need of Madhya Pradesh through environmentally friendly power, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Thursday established groundwork stones for setting up three sun based power plants of 1500-megawatt limit in Shajapur, Agar and Neemuch at an expense of Rs 5,250 crore.
Chouhan marked a buy contract with Union clergyman for power, new and sustainable power R K Singh for the three plants and said MP is moving quick towards satisfying PM Narendra Modi's objective of meeting half of the country's energy prerequisites with sunlight based energy by 2030.
